My Story
Born and raised in Toronto, my journey has always been guided by creativity, curiosity, and a deep inner drive to explore what’s possible. From an early age, I was drawn to creating—whether that meant starting small ventures as a child or expressing myself through music and performance.
Over the years, I’ve built and led multiple businesses, but my path hasn’t been a straight line. Like many women, I’ve navigated seasons of self-doubt, reinvention, and growth—learning that confidence isn’t something you’re born with, but something you build through experience, self-trust, and courage.
Alongside entrepreneurship, music has remained a constant thread in my life. Performing as a jazz singer across Canada and the U.S. taught me the power of voice, presence, and self-expression—lessons that extend far beyond the stage and into how we show up in life.
Today, my work is centered on confidence coaching. I support women who feel called to more, yet may be holding back or second-guessing themselves. Through reflection, mindset shifts, and confidence-building practices, I help women reconnect with their inner voice, trust themselves, and step into the next chapter of their lives with greater clarity and self-assurance.
I believe confidence is not about becoming someone new—it’s about returning to who you truly are. My role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, your voice, and your ability to move forward with intention and ease.
